Kemampuan yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Perikanan & Akuakultur (Pertanian, Hewan & Konservasi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Artemia Staff to join the team at PT Syaqua Indonesia. As an Artemia Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s aquaculture operations in Aceh. This full-time position offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic organisation committed to sustainable fisheries and aquaculture practices.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Responsible for the breeding, hatching and harvesting of Artemia (brine shrimp) to support the company’s aquaculture operations

  2. Ensuring the optimal health and growth of Artemia by maintaining proper water quality, temperature, and other environmental conditions

  3. Conducting regular monitoring and testing of Artemia cultures to identify and address any issues or concerns

  4. Assisting with the packaging and distribution of Artemia to meet the company’s production targets

  5. Collaborating with the wider aquaculture team to identify and implement process improvements

  6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to Artemia production

  7. Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and protocols

What we’re looking for

  1. Relevant qualification or education in aquaculture, fisheries, or a related field

  2. Demonstrated experience in the breeding and cultivation of Artemia or other aquatic organisms

  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to collect and analyse data accurately

  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address production challenges

  5. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the wider aquaculture team

  6. Willingness to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  7. Understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and protocols
