Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Art Director (Graphic Designer Branding) di kantor Qoar Branding & Social Media Agency untuk domisili Surabaya & Jawa Timur serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Pengarahan Seni (Periklanan, Seni & Media) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 6.100.000 - Rp 9.100.000.

Job Descriptions

Lead and oversee all branding projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality creative output and making critical decisions on the quality of ideas.
Ensure Qoar’s branding services drive business growth and meet revenue targets by optimizing offerings and identifying new opportunities.
Develops and create the creative concept that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
Pitches and presents ideas to clients.
Handle key branding projects directly, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain high-quality standards, reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure it meets the project requirements.
Understand strategy and consumer insights to sell/recommend brave and effective ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially client servicing, strategy & data & creative departments to ensure cohesive and impactful creative outputs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to keep Qoar at the forefront of the market.
Mentor and guide the branding team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, excellence, and high performance.

Job Requirements

Min. 2 years working experience as a branding expert.
Knowledgeable and understanding of the latest innovations, trends and developments in various industry.
An excellent portfolio showcasing art direction and design work.
Great communication skills: written, verbal, and visual, with the ability to justify your concepts and design choices.
Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, hierarchy, layout composition, and color theory
Strong creative problem-solving skills: Understanding, analyzing and working through a challenge to completion.
Deep understanding of all major branding principles.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
A perfectionist at heart with attention to detail
Fluent in English
Willing to relocate to Surabaya
