Job Summary Responsible for the daily sales activities in their area including directing the promoters in their area to attain everyday sales target and increase the number of customers.
Principal Accountabilities

• Ensuring that the sales team in store is operated in a precise and organized manner
• Monitoring and controlling the stock
• Supervising sales associates and checking that goods and visual merchandising tools in sales area are in good condition
• Being well understood the sales items and procedures in order to provide accurate information to sales team as well the customers that can enhance sales transaction
• Developing strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales
• Monitoring competitors sales activities and keep up-to-date of the skincare market developments
• Having a positive approach to sales strategies and motivate sales team (BA/Promotors) to keep boosting the sales achievement
• Controlling and maintaining the company assets in the counters
• Maintaining good relationship with store staffs, Store Managers in order to establish good partnership with retailers.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

• Diploma / Senior High School with enough experience
• Experienced in skin care, personal care, or beauty brand is a must
• Having good supervisory skills
• Good communication skills
• Understand the standard Microsoft office

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

• Target and service oriented
• Good knowledge in stock inventory
• Able to prepare regular sales report
• Good human relation to interact with clients and team members
• Good temperament
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to mobile and have own vehicle
