Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a service center or customer service environment.
- Have experience in smartphone/accessories industry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of operational metrics and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or service management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
