What Will You Do:

  • Responsible for monitoring new sales projects by preparing and monitoring the pipeline, WON, SO, WO, BA, and BAST, to ensure the project runs smoothly and meets the timeline.
  • Prepare supporting documents that are required in the tender process to ensure the process runs smoothly with results as expected.
  • Maintain and update the client’s database to ensure that the recorded data is always up to date and can be followed up.
  • Responsible for monitoring and following up on the “hold” project, bill and unbilled, and collection to ensure all processes are completed properly.
  • Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports based on standard template, such as sales achievement or progress daily, weekly, or monthly, project progress reports, collection, bill unbilled status reports, and other accurately and timely.
  • Support others related to the operational sales and/or operational branch office to ensure all process runs properly.

What Will You Need:

  • Min. Diploma 3 from any major
  • Min. 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Having ability in data processing and report management.
  • Knowing how to manage database clients.
  • Good administration and documentation skills.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Placement at Medan, Bali, and Semarang.
