Dibutuhkan!! lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Area Sales Manager di tempat usaha PT Blue Circle Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk syarat yang kami inginkan ialah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibilities:

1.      Sales Strategy and Team Leadership:

·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.

·       Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance.

·       Set clear sales objectives, track progress, and provide regular feedback to the team members.

·       Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture that encourages teamwork and high levels of motivation.

2.      Business Development and Market Penetration:

·       Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the assigned area through market research and analysis.

·       Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on business opportunities.

3.      Sales Performance and Reporting:

·       Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, including revenue, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.

·       Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to the senior management team.

·       Implement strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth, improve sales efficiency, and enhance overall sales team performance.

4.      Customer Relationship Management:

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

·       Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and act as a point of escalation for customer-related matters.

·       Work closely with management, to ensure alignment and effective customer support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

·      Minimum 3-year work experience (Aesthetic Medicine is preferred)

·      Preferably able to speak and write English

·      Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

·      Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·      Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

·      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.

·      Strong business acumen and market awareness.
