Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Area Sales Manager - Food Ingredients di perusahaan PT Talentvis Consulting Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang kita inginkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Position: Area Sales Manager – Food Ingredients
Salary: Open for negotiation
Location: Jabodetabek
Working Arrangement: Full Remote
Qualifications and Skills Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or equivalent. Posses own car and willing to travel locally.
• At least 3 – 5 year(s) of working experience in wholesale or distribution in the Food Ingredient raw materials industry with proven track record
• Candidate without a bachelor degree but with same industry/position business development/ sales experience can be considered.
• Good presentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
• Highly motivated, self-starter and passionate towards ingredients business. – Knowledge in MS Office
• Other required language(s): English, Mandarin is preferable
Responsibilities:
– Identify and developing New customers/business partners and built a stable sales platform that is profitable and sustainable long term growth potential for local business.
– Responsible for the complete sales cycle activities with Sales manager and team members including client prospecting, product presentation, sampling, pricing, payment collection, sales support, market planning and reporting.
– Meet sales target set by the company.
– Work closely with Sales Manager and team members including constantly feedback survey, monitor market trends, competition’s products / pricing info, customer preferences, identify new products/target customers and action plans to generate product demand.
– Provide support and after sales services include problem resolution, expert advice [consultancy, strengthening customer relationship.
– Visit and establish productive, professional relationship with target key customers
– Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs constantly.
– Coordinate marketing and sales activities including sales visit [exhibition participation [visit with Sales Manager
– Manage and lead proactively a sales team and support them by achieving the sales target (Sales Manager)
