We are looking for  Sales Manager with experience in Industrial Lubricants B2B and able to coordinate a team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

PT Sakha Biru Nusantara is looking for a Area Sales Manager with qualification below :

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Identify emerging lubricant markets and competition status.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it strong presence.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
  • Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Technical Support Team in supporting sales activities.
  • Forecasting stock level inventory in order to supporting sales and customer’s needs.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from Any field.
  • Good in English both oral & written.
  • Having 3 years successful previous experience as a B2B sales manager and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership with excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Having A driving license, good personality and communication skills.
  • Domicile in Manado,Gorontalo or Ternate.
