Job Summary:

To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales target in their territorial area (Makassar or Bali).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets

  • To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.

  • Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties and supervise the Medical

  • Representatives in their representative area.

  • Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.

  • Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and working plan

  • Report in field performance to RSM/ SM monthly

  • To be involved in various marketing activities such as symposia, exhibitions, seminars, group discussion etc

  • Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.

  • To supervise, advise improvement and motivate direct or indirect subordinates regularly to improve their performance, 

  • To do recruitment and interviews for required positions

  • To analyse reports on sales progress, internal activities as well as competitor activities from subordinates and suggest actions if necessary

  • To control, monitor and maintain the operational expenditure and company assets in their area

Qualifications:

  • Minimal S1 from reputable university from Life science

  • 5 years experiences as Medical Representative

  • 1-2 years experiences in Managerial level at Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage

  • Team player, strong leadership, communication and managerial skill 

  • Computer, internet literacy and able to communicate in English

  • Self-motivated, analytical and good problem solving

Key Result Area

  • Sales achievement by area under their responsibility

  • Effective communication and implementation of plan action

  • Ability to analyze sales and market competition in order to grow the business of their area

  • Ability to coach and develop the sales staff in term of territorial knowledge

  • Ability to analyze the effectiveness of sales staff

  • Have a good relationship with Key Opinion Leader and Decision Maker

  • Have a good relation and coordination with distributor
