Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Area Sales Executive di perusahaan StrategArt untuk domisili Bali, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, & Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are representing INDOSAT Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) to recruit the best sales talents to join winning team and be part of INDOSAT aggressive business expansion. This role will be employed under INDOSAT’s Partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Territory Management:
1.Review, manage and update Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
2. Directly own and Manage Top 20 Outlets in his Territory
3. In Consulation with BSM, Create a Monthly Calendar for Market Activation initiatives and actions that directly contribute to Customer Acquisition
4. Open new outlets to ensure Maximisation of QSSOs under every site. Use 7 Step process.
Sales:
5.Primary responsibility is Customer Acquisition (GA)
6. Work with KROs to maximise Counter Share of GA
7. Execution of the Monthly Calendar of activities for Market Activation (Market Day, Festivals, High FF area promos etc)
8.Ensure excellent execution of PJP every day
9.Strengthen outlet engagement through regular and complete communication of Trade Program and retailer performance
Team work and Collaboration:
10. Collaborate with other Constituents of the Territory such as DSE, GTM, DSF etc, to plan execute activities that Maximise GA,
11. Ensure AVA (Availability, Visibility, Advocacy) of IM3/3ID products to all Retailers (Outlets) in his/her Territory through collaboration with GTM team
12. Good coordination with MIS function for sales & distribution performance report and monitoring of sales performance and activities. Review reports daily and take corrective action.
13. Coordinate with Marketing Officer for any requirement regarding marketing promotion / branding in the respective cluster
14. Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
15.Monitor network availability and escalate to BSM and Function Sales Assurance in Region for any network problem in the respective cluster
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification:
- Education: Min Diploma 3 at any field of study, preferable S1
- Minimum age 23rd year old, Maximum 35th year old
Experience:
Minimum experience 2 years in sales & distribution
Skills:
• Good Communication Skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, etc)
• Able to work in collaboration team.
• Leadership skill on managing sales and distribution partner
• Willing & ready to work in field and managing area
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Goal or result oriented.
• Willing & ready for work outside city
• Should have Motorcycle license (SIM C)
• Local people are very most welcome
