Kami memberikan persyaratan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup bersaing tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Hiring Area Manager for our apparel retail fashion in Jakarta

MAIN FUNCTION:

  • To manage the daily operations of all these stores.
  • Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation, and ration to ensure the store complies with the policy. 
  • To achieve the set sales estimates.
  • Safeguard company asset

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visiting individual stores of the company and reviewing the performance and operations of each store.
  • Depending on the performance of the store, the district manager has the authority to remove existing staff or employ new staff.
  • Ensuring that all the stores are working towards higher profitability.
  • Checking the financial details of each store and ensuring that they are in order.
  • Ensuring that all stores are adhering to and working as per company policies.
  • Provide troubleshooting solutions to stores in times of problem.
  • Suggesting the locations for opening new stores and closures of existing stores
  • Reporting to the store’s operations manager about the performance of each store

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 -6 years’ experience as a Retail operation manager, Store Manager, Sales Manager, or related field.
  • Has a background in retail, Apparel Fashion, and FnB – related industries.
  • Fluent communication in English (Written / Verbally)
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills in order to study the functioning of stores.
  • Ability to use the comparative store report as a tool to improve the business in each store.
  • Ability to travel long distances to visit stores.
  • Sound knowledge of the working policies, rules, and regulations of the company
  • Sound knowledge about sales and marketing strategies.
  • Creativity to think up new plans to increase the productivity of the stores.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Sales, and Marketing
  • Excellent management capabilities.
