Area Manager – Aquaculture, West Java & West Kalimantan Area is responsible to find potential customers, provide technical advices for the customers, and to provide troubleshooting assistance for the customers related to aquaculture products/aquafeed in order to enhance sales and create new sales opportunity

Responsibilities

Achieve sales performance target
Identifies and follow up new sales opportunities for aquaculture products/aquafeed by analyzing and summarizing information & trends related to the competition in the fish feed market.
Develop new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, building connection, providing technical information and advice, promoting, presenting, and demonstrating aquaculture/aquafeed product
Build and maintain strong positive relationship with existing customers as well as with new customers including providing support in aquaculture management
Ensure account receivables management in line with company objectives
Provide technical assistance and follow-up to customers to ensure product performance on the field
Provide progress report of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree from Fisheries & Marine Sciences major or related
Have more than 5 years in-job related experiences in aquaculture/ aquafeed business
Residence in West Java Area is preferred
Have Technical & Professional Knowledge of aquaculture/aquafeed products
Have excellence field sales experience of aquaculture/aquafeed business in West Java & West Kalimantan area is preferred
A strong team player with high business acumen
Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics and requirements
Have good communication skills both spoken and written in English & Bahasa
Able and willing to work under pressure and minimum supervision
Able to operate Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
Have Valid Car Driving license (SIM A)
