YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring all operators are available on each production line pre-allocated by the shift supervisor before running a shift and reporting to the supervisor if any personnel are unavailable
• Ensuring all required materials (raw material & packaging material) are already delivered by warehouse team as process order released in right quantity and batch/ lot and available/ ready in staging area for formulation and packaging line process
• Perform handover with the previous shift area leader and ensure that all incidents/ problems have been properly reported and follow up on unresolved issues
• Monitor and control processes in the formulation and packaging area so that they can work optimally to deliver product on time, with the right quality and quantity as planned and following standard operating procedures
• Monitor and control of all process parameters and quality qualifies by ensuring that inline QC activities are carried out properly by the operator
• Ensuring the use of materials (raw material and packaging material) in the right quantity and quality as specified in the process order
• Manage and monitor all activities of operators in carrying out their duties during operations as well as cleaning for product change and ensure that they use the proper PPE and tools as specified for each area to maintain their personal and environmental safety.
• Manage and monitor the handling of ex cleaning materials which can be reused as recycled materials and which can be disposed of with the main objective of 3R activities (reduce, reuse, and recycle)
• Report any constraints and problems that occur on the line during operations to supervisors and/or manager.
• Ensure implementation of Autonomous Maintenance
• Report all production conditions, use of materials and use of labor in the shift connector as a shift report
• Able to guide and assist operators to find solutions to non-routine/ specific problems on machines or processes
• Able to perform root cause analysis to find the main cause of a particular problem (using casual tree analysis)
• Leading operators to implement digital initiatives
• Active in the SGA program and Lean approach as a mentor for operators to support continuous improvement activities and savings programs
• Carry out program activities such as 5S, BBS, TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 effectively and consistently
• Encourage operators to report any near-misses and suggestions/ improvement ideas through the improvement report form and help them how to implement it.
• Responsible for the development of people by actively do check in activities at certain periods to review their KPI progress and evaluate KPIs at the end of the year
• Develop themselves and their subordinates by actively participating in the training programs provided by the company

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduated from D3 University or 4 years Senior High School of Engineering: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
• Experience 3-4 years in manufacturing at similar field/ industries
• Having good communication skills and leadership attitude
• Literate in Basic English at least in writing and passive English for technical conversation
