You will directly be reporting to the VP of Operations while working closely with other departments to ensure efficiency in operations all across. This is a full-time position that demands a top-tier leader to maintain and grow the overall success of the organization. You are considered as a highly trusted individual with access to sensitive and confidential information. Your role requires the utmost professionalism, tact and discretion which focuses on improving and maintaining the level of coaching and customer service across your area. You will also support the Club Manager down to the Brand Ambassadors & Personal trainers.

1.  As an Area Business Manager, you will have operational and financial accountabilities for a defined number of gyms in a specific area. 
2.  You will be responsible for the overall upkeep and appearance of the clubs assigned to you. Your responsibilities include providing coaching & mentoring to your Club Managers, Training and development contents & strategies, ensuring quality consistency, and overall increase revenue and profitability in your area. 
3. You will oversee the daily operations of your assigned clubs, and you need to ensure that members and guests’ satisfaction regarding all areas of fitness are in accordance to the AFC Corporate club standards. This is achieved through providing the utmost responsiveness to the club management.
4. You will be responsible for assessing the performance of your coaching staff and implementing roster changes when/if needed and/or appropriate. You will also work closely with the local club maintenance teams by collaborating on repairs and scheduled maintenance.
5. To drive increased membership and revenue for both clubs managed is your primary responsibility by achieving monthly NJM & PT sales targets. You should be equipped with strong marketing plans, build networks, maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, vendors, internal departments and stakeholders. Experience in coaching and top communication skills are also essential for this role.
