Skill yang kita butuhkan adalah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Arsitek/Desain Interior serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun syarat yang kami inginkan ialah min Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

*Responsibilities:*
– Lead and manage a team of talented architects and designers to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.
– Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop creative and functional architectural solutions that meet project objectives.
– Utilize your extensive experience in the field of architecture to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
– Oversee the use of software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to produce high-quality architectural drawings and models.
– Effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to clients and team members.
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

*Requirements:*
– Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing architect, preferably with experience in handling government projects.
– Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for creating architectural drawings and models.
– Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of successfully leading architectural teams.
– Possess a valid main architectural license (STRA).
– Hold a Master’s degree (S2) in Architecture or a related field from a reputable university.
– Willingness to travel and work both locally and nationally as required by project demands.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
