Role Objectives:

The Architectural Design Supervisor is responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects across all business units. This role involves handling the architectural design process, ensuring the designs meet quality standards, compliance, and company vision. The supervisor will also be responsible for the execution of these designs, managing the project from conceptualization to completion, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (mandatory).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in hospitality or retail developments.

• Strong knowledge of design principles, architectural codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and design challenges.

• Creative thinking and attention to detail to ensure high-quality designs.

• Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, contractors, and external consultants.

• Willingness to travel and be based in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire design process for architectural projects across all business units, ensuring that designs align with the company’s vision, budget, and regulatory standards.

• Create, develop, and refine architectural concepts, layouts, and technical drawings for all projects.

• Prepare design presentations and reports for internal teams and management.

• Ensure that designs are innovative, functional, and in line with the company’s aesthetic and operational needs.

• Oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring they meet quality standards and design specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure that the architectural work is carried out as planned.

• Monitor the progress of projects on-site and provide guidance or adjustments to ensure timely delivery.

• Work closely with the Project Manager, internal teams (e.g., HSE, HR, Finance), and external stakeholders (e.g., contractors, consultants) to ensure successful project execution.

• Act as the main point of contact for all architectural-related matters.

• Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.

• Maintain detailed records of design approvals, permits, and other project-related documentation.

• Assist in budget planning for architectural design and construction phases.

• Ensure the architectural design process is cost-effective without compromising quality.

• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on the progress of the architectural design and project implementation.

• Prepare reports on design status, issues, and completed milestones for management review.
