Job Summary
The Creative Director will be the visionary leader overseeing all aspects of design and creative direction for Leon House. This role ensures all projects, concepts, and brand outputs align with the Leon House aesthetic while fostering innovation and maintaining a high level of sophistication. Collaborating closely with the Creative Design Specialist, the Creative Director will drive the development of cutting-edge ideas and strategies that elevate the brand.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and uphold the creative vision and design ethos of Leon House.
· Oversee the execution of all design concepts and ensure alignment with the brand identity.
· Lead the innovation process, driving experimentation and the development of new ideas.
· Collaborate with the Creative Design Specialist to create and refine visual concepts, renders, and presentations.
· Present ideas to stakeholders and ensure all creative outputs strengthen the Leon House brand profile.
· Stay informed on global design trends and adapt them to reinforce the firm’s cutting-edge reputation.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in creative leadership within high-end architecture or design.
· Expertise in design software and rendering tools.
· Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
· Proven ability to inspire teams and maintain a cohesive creative vision.
Job Summary
The Creative Design Specialist will work closely with the Creative Director to explore and develop innovative design concepts that embody the Leon House brand. This hands-on role focuses on experimenting with architectural elements, rendering cutting-edge visuals, and contributing to the creation of unique design ideas that distinguish the brand.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop experimental designs across areas such as cabinets, lighting, windows, and overall house architecture.
· Create high-quality renders and visual content for brand promotion and inspiration.
· Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine concepts and present ideas.
· Research global design trends, emerging materials, and technologies to inform innovation.
· Maintain detailed records of all designs for future reference and integration.
· Support the Creative Director in ensuring all outputs align with the Leon House aesthetic.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in high-end design or architectural visualization.
· Advanced skills in rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion).
· Strong creative, technical, and collaborative abilities.
· A portfolio demonstrating innovative designs and high-quality renders.
· The Creative Director sets the strategic vision, mentors the team, and ensures alignment with brand goals.
· The Creative Design Specialist executes the vision with hands-on design, experimentation, and rendering expertise.
