Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Architectural 3D Renderer di perusahaan PT. AMA PROJECT DEVELOPMENT untuk domisili Ubud & Bali atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Drafting Arsitektur (Desain & Arsitektur) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

To bring our architectural vision to life, we are looking for a talented Architectural 3D Renderer to join our creative team. If you have a passion for creating stunning visuals that capture the essence of architecture and lifestyle, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce photorealistic 3D renderings (exteriors, interiors, aerials) for our current and future property development projects, including OMO Living.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and the marketing team to ensure accurate representation of design concepts.
  • Apply advanced lighting, texturing, and material techniques to create compelling and high-quality visuals.
  • Develop both still renders and animated walkthroughs for marketing and sales presentations.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and ensure timely delivery of all visual content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh ideas to elevate the quality of our visual storytelling.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in architectural visualization, 3D rendering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SketchUp and render software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production.
  • A sharp eye for detail, composition, and lighting, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with architectural design principles and experience working with CAD drawings.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Experience in animation and VR visualization is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, photorealistic renderings is required.
