• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with
  the overall project vision and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the project team, including site architects, engineers, and interior designers, to integrate
  all design aspects cohesively.
• Conduct site research and analysis to inform design decisions, considering local culture, climate, and
  community needs.
• Prepare conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models using architectural design software (e.g.,
  AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Present design concepts and proposals to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback
  throughout the design process.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices within design
  proposals.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in architecture and hospitality design, incorporating innovative ideas into
  projects.
• Mentor junior architects and design staff, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on hospitality and commercial
  projects
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite,microsoft
  project ,revit is optional, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and completed projects, particularly in the
  hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate
  effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail and a passion for design
  excellence.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations in architectural design, particularly in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to be stationed anywhere during the project and handle it until completion (up to 12 months)
