Responsibilities:

• Become the Architect in Charge for assigned project. Dealing with time schedule, project coordination with Clients and Contractors, and also the design phases.
• Create concept and narrative for design projects
• Create space planning, moodboard, and 3D design
• Create and check technical drawings
• Create FF&E list
• Select materials and hardwares
• Assign tasks and collaborate with drafters
• Produce interesting and thoughtful designs and execute it well

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Desing degree from a reputable university
• Minimum experience 1 year in architecture or interior design consultant. 2 years or more are preferred
• Strong sense of design, able to create design narrative, and good taste
• Able to work under tight schedule and overtime
• Work very efficiently
• Excellent in concept, space planning, finishing touch and design presentations
• Can use programs such as Rhino, Sketch Up, Vray, Enscape, Adobe, and AutoCAD
• Have high integrity, active, growth mindset and agile
• Detail oriented and strong design anaylsis
• Good communication skill to communicate with vendor, supplier, client and contractors
• Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
• Able to start within short notice
