Segera dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi AR Staff di tempat usaha BSI Group untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

The AR Staff’s responsible areas are;

To collect outstanding debt from business/corporate clients owed on past and present invoices.

1) Chase all debts promptly, to minimize bad debt and maintain the Company cash flow position.

2) Call on and collect funds as related to customer invoices, focusing on customers who are delinquent in their payments, to maximize revenue income to BSI group.

3) Resolve all customer queries notified to Finance promptly to facilitate debt collection, whilst protecting BSI’s interests and assuring Customers of the best Customer service & fair treatment at all times.

4) Maintain collections notes in customer accounts in the relevant system to share knowledge with the rest of the team. 

5) Work with all areas of the BSI business to ensure that the services of BSI are not supplied to clients with poor payment records.

Main Role

  • Preparing, making, and send invoice.
  • Follow-up to client for their payment
  • Collecting WHT receipt from client
  • Filling Tax repots & receipt
  • Review QR Mandays Rate
  • Helping other-finance administration

Education:  Minimum D3 in Accounting, Finance, Economics

Working experience: Fresh graduate with experience in maintaining billing system, generate invoices, general finance & tax administration
