Job Description:

We are dedicated to delivering world-class support to our business users through our Enterprise Applications Service Desk. We are seeking a Workday ERP administrator to join our team and help uplift our support capacity in APAC region and globally. For this role you would ideally be someone currently in a People/HR/Finance Team that has used Workday looking to move technical or have at least 1-year technical support experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Workday ERP system for both Finance & HR queries via support tickets.
• Handle all Workday-related requests inbound at 1st line capacity through our support queues and escalate tickets to our UK based Level 2 support team. Eventually you will join them as Level 2.
• Assist in the review & creation of our training videos & knowledge articles on Workday usage in English. 
• Collaborate with other Application Specialists supporting CRM and ERP systems.
• Ensure excellent communication and collaboration using clear notes & actions on support tickets to help with handover across Indonesia, Singapore, Europe, the UK, and the USA.
• Perform data management activities such as imports, report creation & extracts and execute tasks delegated from senior team members to assist in project delivery.
• Support our 3rd Line development team with testing during the twice-yearly Workday platform releases.
• Contribute to the culture of our team in Jakarta by working 2 days a week from the office on a set pattern chosen by the team.

Requirements:

• Business proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• At least 1 year experience managing of Finance and/or HR ERP systems (ideally Workday).
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills, especially in written communications.
• Strong documentation skills for task handover and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic systems administration skills, including user management, system monitoring, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in data management within ERP contexts.
• Awareness of GDPR laws.
• Experience in the events management industry.
• ITIL or Service Management experience/certifications.
