Job Description:

We are dedicated to delivering world-class support to our business users through our Enterprise Applications Service Desk. We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing System Administrator with a strong background in Marketing and Pardot (Account Engagement). We would also warmly welcome an experienced Marketing team member that wants to transition into the technical/administrative side. Join our team to support our CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce and Workday.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the Pardot (Account Engagement) system.
  • Handle all Pardot-related support tickets, initially in a 1st line capacity, before training our team on these tasks so others can help. You will then take on a 2nd line support role for Pardot.
  • Collaborate with other Application Specialists supporting CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ensure excellent communication and collaboration using clear notes & actions on support tickets to help with handover across Indonesia, Singapore, Europe, the UK, and the USA.
  • Create knowledge articles to capture workarounds to known problems, and how-to articles for our users to access self-help via our Support Portal.
  • Contribute to the culture of our team in Jakarta by working 2 days a week from the office on a set pattern chosen by the team.

Requirements:

  • Business proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong experience with current marketing technologies, specifically Pardot (Account Engagement).
  • Proven understanding of complex databases and segmentation techniques.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot & Power BI).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills, especially in written communications.
  • Strong documentation skills for task handover and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic systems administration skills, including user management, system monitoring, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data migrations.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS for minor email and form adjustments.
  • Proficiency in data management within marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Awareness of GDPR laws.
  • Salesforce/Pardot related certifications.
  • Experience in the events management industry.
  • ITIL or Service Management experience/certifications.
