Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Applications Developer Specialist di tempat usaha Jakarta Intercultural School untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita inginkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk kualifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup bersaing menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua bisa berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

  1. Supporting end-users with technical problems, making sure all cases are resolved in a timely and effective manner and escalating cases when necessary
  2. Answering user inquiries regarding computer software to resolve problems.
  3. Observing and testing system functioning to verify correct operations, detect errors, and identify key application features.
  4. Documenting all daily transactions, problems, and remedial actions that are taken, or installation activities.
  5. Writing high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
  6. Testing and debugging source code and integration before launch
  7. Improving efficiency and effectiveness of current software or application by analyzing and proposing recommendations to include checklists, procedures, policies, training, security, identifying deficiencies, and offering solutions
  8. Developing software solutions and implement the source code of the application to meet the user’s needs.
  9. Collaborating with other application developers, Oracle specialists, and other relevant IT team members, assisting as needed and collaborating to solve technical problems
  10. Contributing to and assisting with the management of Information Services Knowledge Base which should contain up-to-date documentation about service level agreements and solutions to problems
  11. Working on special projects as requested by Applications Developer Manager
  12. Collaborating with IS Engineers to manage hardware and software distribution, updates, and patches
  13. Collaborating with technical support staff provided by vendors to provide effective customer service to end-users 
  14. Generating ideas and implement methods to improve problem resolution 
  15. Promoting a service-oriented and data-driven culture in the Information Services Department
  16. Embracing the JIS Learning Dispositions of Resilience, Resourcefulness, Relating and Reflecting
  17. Performing other related duties and assumes other responsibilities as assigned the Applications Development Manager, including and not limited to other projects when deemed necessary.
