1. Application Technician (ATEM)
   Qualification
   – D4 Electromedical / ATEM graduate and have an active STR.
   – Minimum 1 year of work experience in the production of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) medical devices is an added value.
   – Understanding CPAKB, TKDN, ISO 13845 or ISO 9001 is an added value
   – Have good communication in both Indonesian and English.
   – High initiative, problem solver and innovative
   – Having a SIM A / C is a plus.

   Duties and responsibilities.
   – Responsible for the end-to-end product production process (assembly, tool design, tool testing to packing)
   – Responsible for department administration (creation/revision of IK, SOP, manual book etc.) related to CPAKB, ISO and TKDN
   – Responsible for after sales tool activities (service, warranty etc.)
   – Monitor KPI achievements related to main tasks and responsibilities

    

2. Field Application (Health Analysis)
   Qualification
   – Bachelor’s degree graduates in related fields, such as: Medicine, Nursing, Health Analyst, Medical Laboratory Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, and others and have an Active STR.
   – Minimum 1 year of work experience in the production of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) medical devices is an added value.
   – Understanding CPAKB, TKDN, ISO 13845 or ISO 9001 is an added value
   – Have good communication in both Indonesian and English.
   – Interpersonal skills for field visits and interactions with customers/patients.
   – Having a SIM A / C is a plus.

   Duties and responsibilities.
   – Handling Customer Complaints and Maintaining Customer Relationships.
   – Technical Support and Education related to products to users/customers/distributors.
   – Conduct blood sampling and other tests in accordance with correct and safe procedures.
   – Create reports regarding visits, complaints, and problem-solving progress.
   – Monitor KPI achievements related to main tasks and responsibilities

    

3. SCM & PPIC
   Qualification
   – Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Accounting, or related field.
   – Minimum 1 year of work experience in the production of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) medical devices is an added value.
   – Understanding CPAKB, TKDN, ISO 13845 or ISO 9001 is an added value
   – Have good communication in both Indonesian and English.
   – Interpersonal skills for field visits and interactions with customers/patients.
   – Having a SIM A / C is a plus.

   Duties and responsibilities.
   – Conducting Production Planning: production schedule, raw material forecast and production capacity.
   – Conducting Inventory Control: raw material, work in process, and finished goods inventory.
   – Developing relationships with vendors/suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality raw materials.
   – Optimizing logistics to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
   – Monitor KPI achievements related to main tasks and responsibilities
    

4. Accounting
   Qualification
   – Preferred Bachelor of Accounting graduates and Brevet A&B certificates are an added value
   – Have experience as a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing company.
   – Understand the creation and flow of manual and system financial reports, financial journals and manufacturing HPP calculations
   – Intermediate to advanced level excel skills, and have experience using ERP/SAP, have experience using Odoo is an added value
   – Have good communication in both Indonesian and English.

   Duties and responsibilities.
   – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports according to accounting standards (SAK).
   – Calculate, record, and report Company taxes
   – Monitor Cash Flow (Cash Flow Management)
   – Conduct in-depth analysis of production, operational, and procurement costs.
   – Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documents and information.
    

5. Social Media Specialist
   Qualification
   – Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia or Communication
   – Minimum 1 year experience as a Content Creator and have a relevant portfolio.
   – Able to operate graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar) and video editing applications (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar),  and Photography or videography skills
   – Creative, innovative, and able to work independently or in a team.

   Duties and responsibilities.
   – Manage company platforms (linkeldin, website, social media etc.)
   – Create and manage creative content for company digital campaigns.
   – Prepare monthly reports on social media activities and digital campaign effectiveness.
   – Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
