Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Application Engineer - MES di kantor PT Lami Packaging Indonesia untuk daerah Tangerang & Banten atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Teknik – Perangkat Lunak (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

The IT Engineer will serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues within the organization. This role is responsible for receiving, logging, and addressing user service requests and incidents promptly, while ensuring continuity and efficiency in IT operations across business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact in the IT department, receive and log user issues and requests, and provide answers, support, and troubleshooting promptly.

  • The scope of support includes:

    • Application software including MES, WMS, SAP, Weighing systems etc.

  • When unable to directly resolve or respond to user requests, contact second-tier IT professionals, system analysts, or external suppliers to act as a bridge to ensure issues and requests are addressed.

  • Record communication details and methods of resolving malfunctions in detail during the work process.

  • Periodically categorize malfunctions and conduct trend analysis, propose improvements to IT services, and collaborate or lead the implementation of improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Associate Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.

  • More than 3 years of IT operations and application support experience in the manufacturing industry.

  • Familiar with application software systems in manufacturing, such as MES, WMS, SAP.

  • Proficient in the corporate WeChat ecosystem and MS Office / O365 tools.

  • Able to work from home during non-office hours if required.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Willing to work in shifts.
