Introduction

Your role and responsibilities

1. Lead teams in the technical development and support of SAP ABAP projects and Work with business users and functional consultants to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2. Design and develop complex ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
3. Development and Implementation: Develop, test, and deploy ABAP solutions, ensuring adherence to development standards.
4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ABAP systems, resolving technical issues and performing performance tuning.
5. Mentor and coach junior ABAP developers, fostering a strong technical team.
6. Perform code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation for ABAP solutions.
8. Collaborate with other team members, including functional consultants, project managers, and clients.
9. Identify, analyze, and solve complex technical issues within SAP systems, Identify and address performance bottlenecks within ABAP applications.
10. New Feature Development: Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements to existing ABAP applications and Stay current with the latest ABAP technologies and best practices.
