Enterprise Application Designer roles and responsibilities include contributing to web-based application design, while providing research data to facilitate iterative design solutions. We’re looking for an Application Designer who’s not just a visual crafter, but a design thinker—someone who digs deep into problems, explores ideas through research and iterations, and delivers interface designs that are clear, functional, and grounded in purpose.

Job Description

• Design thoughtful, intuitive interfaces for enterprise-level applications (not just what looks good, but what works well)

• Actively contribute in design critiques and team discussions

• Conduct and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative design research

• Translate insights into wireframes, flows, and prototypes—with clear reasoning behind every design decision

• Proactively communicate with the team about project requirements and task progression

Minimum Requirements

• Strong UI design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio that shows both process and outcomes

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user system interaction

• A sharp eye for visual hierarchy, consistency, and interaction patterns

• Proficiency in any UI/UX design prototyping tools

• Grit to learn & adapt to new concepts/tools

• Ability to explain your design approach—not just what you made, but why you made it that way

• Proficient verbal and written English skills

• Humility to accept & give constructive, critical feedback

Nice-to-Haves

• Proven work experiences as UI/UX Designer

• Qualitative & Quantitative analytical skills

• Knowledge in Design Thinking
