APAC Ecommerce Analyst

We are seeking an Ecommerce Analyst to join our Ecommerce Team. You will have the unique opportunity to gain insights into the dynamic world of a growing startup with a strong D2C strategy. You’ll support our team in establishing and growing a strong presence on all online marketplace in the region.

What will you do?

Ecommerce Operations Management

• Manage the creation, uploading, and optimization on ecommerce SKU and promotion tools.
• Maintain stock level and oversee our store situations to ensure zero mistake in product pricing and discounts.
• Join and lead the ecommerce campaign project, work with other teams to prepare key visuals, content, and others to maximize traffic and conversion.

Ecommerce Ads Management

• Manage the on and off-platform ads operations and optimise the ads SEO, content, audience, and others to gain increased efficiency

Data management, analysis, and reporting

• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources to our reporting dashboards, then conduct in-depth analysis to give actionable insights and how it relates to our financial reporting.

Relationship Management

• Foster a good relationship with the ecommerce account managers in order to get favourable conditions for the brand and gain insights and latest trends on the platform.

What we are looking for?

• Fresh grads of all majors are welcome to apply!
• Proficient in written and spoken English 
• Strong analytical thinking, good with number
• Tech-savvy: familiarity with tools such as G Suite (especially with google sheets/excel formula), CRM systems, analytic tools, and project management tools
• Organised personality, able to work independently, not dropping the ball on anything
• A keen interest in wellness, health, supplements and longevity and/or the willingness to learn more about the industry
