Lowongan Kerja Jakarta Raya Posisi Annotation Project Leader di PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa, Tbk

PT Dalligent Solusi Indonesia (KUPU.ID) – member of Sinarmas, is currently looking for Annotator Project Leader to oversee and manage a team of talented freelancers responsible for Large Language Models (LLMs) training. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of project management, and a proven track record of successfully managing remote teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of freelancers, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and providing guidance and feedback.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor team performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline workflows.
• Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the team in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and insights with the team. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role in data annotation, customer care, or project marketing, or any related role 
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals and deliver outstanding results.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and company values.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
