Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline with 2-3 years working experience especially in sales or business analyst. 
– In-depth understanding of sales processes, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Experience in analyzing sales data to drive strategic decision-making.
– Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, foster open dialogue within the team, and collaborate effectively.
– Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey sales insights and strategies clearly to team members and stakeholders.
– Demonstrate strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and challenges.
– Promote a data-driven culture within the command center, making decisions based on accurate and relevant data.
– Proficient in using sales analytics tools and command center dashboard software such as Tableau and Microsoft power BI.

Responsibilities: 
– Support the development of (technical) sales strategies related to business plans to achieve and exceed budgeted sales volume/business targets.
– Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and challenges.
– Provide support and insights to sales managers and representatives based on dashboard data.
– Continuously assess the effectiveness of the sales dashboard and identify areas for improvement.
– Implement enhancements and updates to the dashboard to meet evolving business needs.
– Contribute to the development of sales strategies based on insights from the dashboard.
