You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting. You will also collect data and perform detailed checks/controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and prepare data integrity checks
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst
• Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing claims for Mondelēz customers related to Promotions and Returns, from the submission, verification, until the Credit Note creations
• Ensuring compliance in claim process to be aligned with the Mondelēz Policy, as well as the Taxation
• Work together with Commercial Finance Business Partner to properly manage the promotion budget, monitoring the movement, and the deduction
• Champion of the MRT (Mondelēz  Rapid Tracking) Claim System, including the trouble shooting, and improvement on the system  
• Partnering with the Head of Sales from every region, as well as their direct report should there is any issue or support the initiative that happen in the area sales  
• Claim Meeting in biweekly basis with Head of Sales, Sales Director, and Finance Head

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Education / Certifications:

• 2 – 3 Years in FMCG business preferably in commercial finance / accounting
• Major in Finance – Accounting, Management, or Information System  
• If from Public accounting firm is fine, preferably from the big 4
• Self-driven and self-motivated, and also have deep analytical thinking
