Compliance :

1. Make efforts to ensure that PFI policies, rules and procedures, and business activities are in conformity with the provisions of OJK and prevailing laws and regulations;
2. Review and / or recommend updating and improving policies, provisions, and procedures that have been owned and / or will be issued to conform to the provisions of OJK and the applicable laws and regulations;
3. Monitor new and existing regulatory mandates, rules and requirements, ensure that compliance policies are kept up to date and that revisions are disseminated in a timely manner.
4. Assess the possible impact of any regulatory development on the operations of the business and work with the business with regard to compliance.
5. Conducting socialization on matters related to the compliance function, especially regarding the applicable provisions; and
6. As the coordinator in the implementation of the assessment (self assessment) the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Anti Money Laundering :

1. Monitor and coordinate APU & PPT program implementation activities across all business lines;
2. Analyze the unreasonable activities escalated from underwriting departments, claims, Policy Services and Distribution, then set as Suspicious Activity Report.
3. Ensure customer identity conformity with terrorist alleged list and OFAC list.
4. Reviewing the issuance of new products and / or activities.

Qualifications :

1. University degree especially Law.
2. Experience on Compliance and/or Anti Money Laundering
3. Fluent In English is a must & having computer abilities
4. Be able work independently or with a team
5. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
6. Ability to resolve and work through escalated and complex customer issues
7. Having special skills to collect and gather information
8. Being able to stay calm under pressure circumstances
9. Being disciplined and follow orders and Having good manners
10. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal of communication skills
