Alumni Liaison Specialist’s general duties are:

• Serve as a liaison between the school stakeholder, alumni, and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and communication
• Facilitate the election process for the SVP Alumni Association president in accordance with established procedures and guidelines 
• Partner with the Alumni Association President on oversight of meetings and activities, and assist in recruitment, orientation and governance
• Manage SVP’s volunteer Alumni Association coordinate their networking, fundraising and special event efforts
• Develop an alumni strategic plan and set annual goals and actions for the program
• Create and support programs that engage alumni and enrich the educational experience of current students such as internships, career advice, mentoring, networking and the annual Career Days
• In partnership with Secondary Student Council to support and organize SSC Event, alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to foster connections and promote alumni involvement
• In partnership with the Marketing division, oversee content for the alumni section of the website, Online Alumni Community, Facebook and LinkedIn, and produce bi-monthly Champions e-newsletters
• Maintain accurate records of alumni contact information, attendance, volunteering, engagement history, and preferences in the alumni database
• Oversee day-to-day activities of Alumni including correspondence and inquiries
• Develop a database of parents of alumni and maintain communication
• Support Marketing & Communications Events & admissions activities 

Job qualifications:
