Job Title: Airlines Sales Representatives
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement
– Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs and requirements.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and personalized solutions.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation
– Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
– Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through targeted sales efforts.
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our airline services.
3. Product Knowledge
– Stay informed about airline industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
– Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our airline services and offerings to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
4. Collaboration
– Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
– Provide valuable input to improve sales processes and enhance overall customer experience.
5. Reporting and Analysis
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
– Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize performance.
6. Customer Satisfaction
– Monitor and address customer feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
– Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence.
7. Travel Coordination
– Assist clients in coordinating travel plans, including flight bookings, seat preferences, and additional services.
– Provide guidance on travel regulations, documentation, and other relevant information.
Qualifications
– Proven experience in airline sales or a related field.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Knowledge of airline industry regulations, products, and services.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Ticketing Knowledge and Experience is a must.
– Ticketing and Sales Experience in Airlines is a plus point.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
