Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Air Freight Sales Executives di kantor PT Samudera Caraka Jasa untuk domisili Jakarta Selatan serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk kualifikasi yang kita inginkan ialah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Descriptions:

1. Identify and target potential clients in need of air freight services, for international and domestic markets.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients as well as establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

3. Understand each client’s unique logistics requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

4. Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

5. Prepare accurate and competitive air freight quotations and proposals.

6. Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure the best service and pricing.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and 

8. Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.

9. Maintain detailed sales records and reports, tracking progress and performance.

10. Present regular sales reports to the management team.

11. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

12. Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional services to existing clients.

Requirements:

1.     A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.

2.     Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experiences in air freight sales.

3.     Knowledge of the air freight industry and related regulations.

4.     Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

5.     Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is mandatory.

6.     Proficiency in presenting and negotiating with clients.

7.     Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

8.     Collaborative attitude to work effectively with internal teams, including operations, pricing, and finance.

9.     Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.

10.  Self-motivated, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

11.  Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and strategies.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
