Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Air Freight (AF) Pricing Staff di kantor PT Samudera Caraka Jasa untuk daerah Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Pengapalan/Pengurusan Transportasi (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Job descriptions:

  1. Price Quotations: Prepare and provide price quotations to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Responsible for fulfilment for all air freight (international and domestic) RFQs.
  2. Pricing Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess pricing trends, cost structures, and customer behaviors in the air freight industry.
  3. Pricing Strategy Development: Acquire, negotiate, update, and develop pricing strategies with vendors, overseas/domestic agents, airlines, co-loaders, etc. Tailored to air freight services, aligning them with business objectives and market dynamics.
  4. Pricing Models: Create and maintain pricing models that consider various factors, such as fuel costs, capacity, demand, and profit margins.
  5. Pricing Optimization: Continuously review and adjust pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the air cargo market.
  6. Pricing Documentation: Maintain accurate records of air freight pricing structures, surcharges, discounts, and promotions.
  7. Cost Assessment: Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of air freight services, including fuel costs, transportation costs, and handling charges.
  8. Profitability Analysis: Monitor and assess the profitability of air freight services, identifying areas for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align air freight pricing strategies with overall business goals.
  10. Customer Engagement: Communicate pricing changes and strategies to customers, address inquiries, and negotiate pricing agreements. 

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree from any field. Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.  
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience pricing analysis, strategy development, or related roles.
  3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  4. Familiarity with freight forwarder, import/export processes, domestic logistics, and project logistics is advantageous.
  5. In-depth knowledge of air freight operations, regulations, and industry trends.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective air freight pricing strategies.
  7. Results-oriented with a focus on revenue and profitability optimization.
  8. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Ms. Office and relevant software tools.
