Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi AI Engineer di tempat usaha PT Karisma Zona Kreatifku untuk domisili Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Developer/Programmer (Teknologi Informasi & Komunikasi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 13.000.000 - Rp 17.000.000.

Our Client is a growing e-commerce business that sells products through our WIX-based website and multiple communication channels (WhatsApp, Zalo, Viber, FB Messenger, etc.). We are building an IT department to integrate and utilize various apps, technologies and platforms across marketing, sales, warehousing, and accounting activities. We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to help us choose the right tools, and integrate them into our business activities, including leveraging AI to reduce headcounts at repetitive tasks such as customer service.
About the Role
1. Tool Selection: Identifying and implementing the right tools for marketing, sales, warehousing, and accounting.
2. System Integration: Integrating these tools with our WIX-based e-commerce platform and other systems.
3. AI Implementation: Leveraging AI to analyze data, provide recommendations, and automate processes.
4. Coding and Development: Writing custom code to extend the functionality of our systems.
5. Process Optimization: Streamlining workflows across departments to improve efficiency.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for both strategic decision-making and technical execution. You will work closely with managers from other departments and teams to apply technologies to our workflow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tool Selection and Integration:
○ Working with managers to evaluate and select the tools that meet marketing, sales, warehousing, and accounting needs and goals.
○ Integrate tools with our WIX-based e-commerce websites and other systems.
○ Ensure seamless data flow between systems (e.g., CRM, inventory management/IRM).
2. API Development and Integration:
○ Build and manage APIs to connect our e-commerce platform with third-party tools and services.
○ Integrate communication channels (WhatsApp, Zalo, Viber, FB Messenger, etc.) into our system.
3. AI Implementation:
○ Implement AI tools to analyze customer data, provide recommendations, and improve decision-making.
○ Develop AI-driven solutions (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics).
4. Coding and Customization:
○ Write custom code to extend the functionality of our WIX website and other systems.
○ Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
5. Data Management and Analysis:
○ Ensure data integrity and seamless flow between systems.
○ Use AI to analyze data and generate actionable insights for marketing, sales, and operations.
6. Collaboration and Leadership:
○ Work closely with marketing, sales, warehousing, and accounting teams to understand their needs.
○ Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
1. Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
○ Experience with WIX or similar e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
○ Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
○ Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, Dialogflow).
○ Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
○ Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
2. E-commerce Expertise:
○ Experience in building and managing e-commerce websites.
○ Familiarity with payment gateways, shipping integrations, and inventory management systems.
3. AI and Automation:
○ Experience implementing AI-driven solutions (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems).
○ Ability to automate workflows using AI or scripting.
4. Tool Evaluation and Integration:
○ Proven ability to evaluate and select tools for marketing, sales, warehousing, and accounting.
○ Experience integrating tools into existing systems.
5. Soft Skills:
○ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
○ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
○ Proactive and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
Nice-to-Have
● Experience with multi-channel communication APIs (WhatsApp Business API, Zalo API, etc.).
● Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
● Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
● Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
