Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Agronomist
For Agrochemical manufacturing company
Number Required: 5 – 10
Work location: Various provinces in Indonesia
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing
– Conduct promotion activities to promote the agrochemical products
and fertilizers towards the farmers. Promotion activities will include
field demonstrations, farmer meetings and promotion at the retailers
– Support the sales team by preparing promotion materials such as
brochures, posters and banners
– Prepare marketing work plan in advance and submit work report in
time
– Prepare budget for marketing activities for approval of management
2. Training
– Prepare training material for product knowledge and application
method for various agrochemical and fertilizer products
– Conduct training to Field Assistants for product knowledge and
application me thod for various agrochemical and fertilizer products
3. Sales
– Collect order from the retailers for products to be supplied via
distributors and directly from the company.
-Maintain retailer database of distributMors and push sales tensure target is
achieved
4. Product Development
– Identify new products for the company to develop as per market
requireends
– Conduct field trials of new products for screening product performance
5. Regulatory Support
– Support regulatory team for any data or field trial required for product
registration purpose
Qualification:
– Min. Bachelors Degree in Agronomy with specialization in Entomology/
Pathology (Hama Penyakit Tanaman)
– Min 10 years experience practicing the same role in agrochemical
industry
– Deep knowledge of various types of agrochemicals and fertilizers and its
applications on various crops
– Good database of customers in the agrochemical and fertilizer industry
– Good Leadership and Team building skills
– Good analysis and problem solving skills
– Very high Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
– Willing to travel (domestic and international) as per work requirements
– High enthusiasm for hands-on field work
– Excellent health condition
