Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Aftersales Coordinator di perusahaan MAKA Motors untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami inginkan adalah Teknik Lapangan (Teknik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

What a day at work for you will look like:

Managing and improving business process in aftersales in order to improve customer satisfaction
Participating in development, supervision, dan implementation of SOP for aftersales operation in showrooms
Oversees aftersales performance in order to ensure quality standard
Monitoring customer satisfaction by collecting customer testimonials, criticisms, and suggestions and also overseeing the process of handling customer complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Is this you?

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management
Having a minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry
Having experience in dealer / showroom workshop management, which include managing parts, accessories, labour and monitoring warranty claim process until documenting and reporting
Excellent in Microsoft office, familiar with ERP / SAAS or similar software
Strong communication and coordination skills, as this role will be aftersales representative to communicate with other departments
Strong leadership skills, as this role will oversees aftersales performance in each showroom and also ensuring compliance procedure to its process.
