About the role

We are seeking an experienced After Sales Operation Specialist to join our team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya and will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and office operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor and analyze ASC (Authorized Service Center) performance, including repeat repair rate, overdue rate, and customer satisfaction.

• Compare and rank ASCs to evaluate performance and identify underperforming centers.

• Develop and onboard new ASCs or GSPS in uncovered regions.

• Conduct regular visits to ASCs to collect feedback, resolve issues, and identify training needs.

• Plan and organize training sessions for ASCs, branch admins, and supervisors.

• Track and report weekly ASC development progress from each branch.

• Evaluate branch after-sales supervisors’ performance.

• Review GSPS spare parts purchase and reimbursement data to detect irregularities, especially for key components (motors, compressors, PCBs, etc.).

• Prepare regular reports and ensure all activities follow HQ guidelines and leadership instructions.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, preferably within the after-sales or service industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software

• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work

• Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
