What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the Affiliate Marketing team to achieve monthly recruitment, conversion, and GMV targets.

  • Research, onboard, and evaluate affiliates through platforms such as TikTok Affiliate and ecommerce affiliatior.

  • Lead and manage the Affiliate team to drive growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven optimization.

  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate agencies, key creators, and paid affiliate partners to drive performance-based growth.

  • Develop affiliate frameworks, performance metrics, and initiatives to expand the affiliate ecosystem and increase revenue contribution.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align affiliate programs with brand and business goals.

  • Monitor performance analytics, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies to achieve sustainable ROI and engagement.

  • Stay ahead of affiliate and influencer marketing trends, bringing innovative approaches to keep Glow FX competitive in the beauty industry.

  • Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure affiliate campaigns align with brand and business goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with beauty industry and affiliate marketing trends to identify growth opportunities.

You’re Fit If You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing (preferably in beauty/FMCG/e-commerce).

  • Demonstrate a proven record in scaling affiliate ecosystems and achieving measurable growth in recruitment, conversion, and GMV.

  • Have experience managing affiliate agencies, paid creators, or large-scale affiliate partnerships.

  • Possess strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret data (CTR, GMV, ROI) and turn insights into actionable plans.

  • Excel in leadership and communication, with the ability to guide teams and build meaningful partnerships with affiliates and agencies.

  • Stay curious and proactive in exploring industry and digital marketing trends to drive continuous innovation.

  • Are passionate about the beauty industry and believe in using data-driven creativity to grow a brand with impact.
