About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Doctor to join our state-of-the-art Lumina Aesthetics Clinic in the vibrant Kuta, Bali. As an Aesthetic Doctor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, innovative aesthetic treatments to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the continued growth and success of our clinic.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies
• Assessing clients’ needs, developing customised treatment plans, and providing expert guidance and advice
• Maintaining meticulous patient records and ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the wider clinical team to continuously improve patient outcomes and the overall patient experience
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and implementing new treatments and techniques as appropriate
• Contributing to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote the clinic’s services

What we’re looking for

• A medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and an active STR
• Extensive knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and a commitment to continuous professional development
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and patient care
