Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage internal administrative affairs, assist in the implementation of food, accommodation, transportation and safety-related work in the new factory, and carry out on-site management work.

2. Organize and arrange visits and inspections by government officials, showcase the company’s good image and strength, and coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth progress of the activities.

3. Assist in handling administrative supervision affairs, communicate and coordinate with relevant departments, and defuse potential administrative risks and conflicts

4. As the main contact person between the administrative department and local government departments, establish and maintain good cooperative relations.

5. Timely obtain and convey the policy and regulatory information of the local government, provide policy basis for the company’s decision-making, and assist the company in formulating development strategies that comply with local policy requirements.

6. Administrative translation work for external business

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in administrative management, public relations, international relations or related fields is preferred.

2. Language proficiency: Chinese, English and Indonesian can all be used as working languages

3. Work Experience: At least [3] years of external liaison work experience, familiar with the operation process of local government affairs and relevant policies and regulations in Indonesia, and have successful experience in handling various enterprise certificates in Indonesia.

4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds and at various levels, and have strong public relations and adaptability skills.

5. Other skills: Proficient in using office software, with certain writing skills, capable of drafting various report materials and official documents.
