Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Administrative Assistant di kantor Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi Partners (NSMP) untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 4.000.000 - Rp 5.000.000.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree graduate (S-1) in non-Law Science such as Linguistics, Administrative Science, Political Science, Economics, Journalism & Communication, Psychology, Informatics, and other fields, or Diploma 3 graduate (D-3) with a GPA (IPK) above 3.00.
  • Have an interest or experience in legal and administrative fields.
  • Possess a strong desire and ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.
  • Possesses the ability to adapt and have a strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to focus well while handling multiple responsibilities and be able to cope with pressure.
  • Ability to communicate well and have a broad range of insight.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Strong command of English, written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office and the internet.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide support relating to administrative matters, including carrying out research, drafting and conducting correspondence related to client matters, prepare meeting minutes, review and summarize documents, translate documents, organize/list/file documents, input data, proofreading, formatting of documents and liaising with other departments and external parties where necessary.
