Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Job Description:

  • Receive document from Customer, Messenger in Tanjung Priok
  • Prepare documents to be sent send to Head Office
  • Filling all documents
  • Generate reports for FLIP reconciliation
  • Assist field operations to prepare documents for customs purposes
  • Collect supporting document from field operation such as Invoice, Storage, e.t.c

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure with a tight deadline.
  • Negotiation & bargaining skills.
  • Critical thinker.
  • High curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Able to adapt to a challenging and dynamic work environment.
  • English proficiency.
  • Computer literate.
  • Preference will be given to those who live in Tanjung Priok
