Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Pengapalan/Pengurusan Transportasi (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.100.000 - Rp 5.600.000.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year working experience in freight forwarder
  • Customer focus and communicative
  • Work location: Surabaya Branch

General discription:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely movement of ocean freight to- and from specific locations within the service standards agreed with the Customer
  • Handle all Customer facing communication and shipment related internal communication between/with stakeholders
  • Provide Customers with proactive exception management in case of service quality deviations including follow-up and problem resolution
  • Ensure Customers are invoiced for all shipment related charges

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Run compliance check against corporate and legal guidelines – as applicable
  • Ensure valid quotation for Shipper is in place
  • Continuously obtain adequate shipping volume forecast information from shipper and maintain this information at all times – as applicable
  • Receive booking request from shipper  or Destination Office – as applicable
  • Qualify booking request details against customer service agreement and current market conditions- as applicable Verify booking request with shipper and provide shipping instructions to Destiantion Office – as applicable
  • Provide preferred routing instructions to Destination office – as applicable
  • Request and receive delivery instructions from Shipper and relay to Operations Team
  • Request update from/with MDM Team (Master Data Management) as applicable
  • Initiate credit check for Shipper
  • Facilitate communication between Customer and Internal Ocean freight department
  • Receive and/or upload relevant Customer documents to digital archive – as applicable
  • Continuously provide demurrage & detention details to shipper
  • Evaluate and ensure shipment profitability
  • Explore upsell opportunities with the Shipper
  • Generate operational reporting for Customer – as applicable
  • Ensure compliance with Customer specific KPI’s – as applicable
