Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative HR & GA. This position is responsible for various administrative tasks related to HR and General Affairs, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s daily activities. The ideal candidate should have a background in Psychology or Law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily and monthly verification and processing of employee attendance, including leave requests.
2. Processing onboarding procedures for new employees, including fingerprint registration and documentation.
3. Processing employment contracts for new hires and extensions.
4. Maintaining communication with external parties such as government agencies, job seeker platforms, and vendors.
5. Processing overtime, salary slips, employee health insurance (BPJS), and branch payroll.
6. Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for mechanics.
7. Handling the renewal of official company vehicle documents and other legal documents.
8. Assisting superiors with additional tasks within relevant competencies and contributing to improvement programs.
9. Checking sales vehicle logs and expenses, and processing operational maintenance costs for the head office and branches.
10. Procuring and processing material requisitions, stationery supplies, kitchen supplies, and medicines.
11. Performing building maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
1. D3 or S1 degree in Psychology or Law.
2. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks on schedule.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fast learner and ability to work under pressure.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
