**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team in our Seminyak office. Embark on an exciting journey with direct collaboration with our company’s founder. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, including research, interpreting, and managing business trips across Bali for our projects. You will play a crucial role in supporting the management and execution of our distinctive real estate projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide administrative support to the founder.
– Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
– Maintain contact lists and handle correspondence.
– Translate documents and communications as needed.
– Conduct research relevant to our real estate projects and initiatives.
– Engage in creative work to support project development.
– Coordinate business trips within Bali, including site visits and client meetings.
– Assist the founder with live interpreting and translation, ensuring seamless communication between the founder, clients, and contacts.
**Qualifications:**
– Relevant educational background or experience, preferably in business administration, management, or related fields.
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with strong English proficiency.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
– A self-starter, creative, able to work under pressure accurately and with attention to detail.
– Comfortable working extensively in front of a laptop for prolonged periods.
– Effective communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
– Good organizational skills, with a focus on keeping documents organized.
– Ability to work independently and think for yourself; a fast learner and intelligent.
– Own a working laptop.
