We specialize in the registration, authorized representation, importation, master distribution, quality assurance and compliance of medical device and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) in Southeast Asia. Position Overview

The Admin Account and Tax Executive is expected to drive best practices in accounting function, support regulatory affairs role and administrative management within the organization to maximize efficiency and growth. She/he will perform accounting functions, support regulatory matters and general administrative tasks

Essential Job Functions:

  • Handles accounting records including proper recording of transactions in the accounting system
  • Generate monthly / yearly financial statements.
  • Handle monthly / yearly for all applicable tax filing in compliance with the law requirements.
  • Handle payments and receipts and coordinate banking matters.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as auditor or tax consultant for compliance purpose.
  • Assist in all other accounting functions as at when required.by the finance department.
  • Proactively support regulatory affairs in achieving necessary regulatory submissions
  • Maintain company databases of regulatory approval.
  • Perform general administrative task and provide full secretarial support to the management. Director
  • Maintain the relationship with customers by providing good customer service.
  • Handles incoming/outgoing mails and answering phone calls including enquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations and internal policies.

Working Experience:

  • Al least 2 years’ experience in financial and administration management
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or recognized professional
  • Knowledge of local accounting practices and relevant laws
  • Sound accounting knowledge
  • Fluent English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
